Our Smokeless Coal provides the same strong heat output as traditional coal but burns longer, meaning you’ll use less fuel for the same warmth. It’s also approved for use in smokeless zones, making it the obvious choice for efficient, eco-friendly heating.

Delivery / Collection Information
For local delivery within 35 miles, a minimum order of 20 of these items is required. They can be delivered alone or individually in combination with our ‘bulk bag‘ of logs or Crates.
You can also pick up as many or as few of these bags as you like in person from our yard by opting for ‘local pickup’ delivery option.
Returns & Replacements
Report any delivery issues immediately. We will rectify incorrect deliveries promptly.
Returns can be made using your own courier, or we can arrange collection. Costs will be quoted on request.
Refunds are issued within 28 days of receiving returned goods, minus any charges, for returned goods.
Order Cancellation
Under Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order before dispatch or within 7 days of receiving your goods. A full refund, excluding delivery and return delivery costs, will be provided if the goods are in reasonable care.
